The client wanted to create an open-plan feel in their home to better accommodate their growing family. They requested an additional bedroom to provide more space and an outdoor area that seamlessly integrated with the interior, enhancing the living experience. Large sliding doors were desired to increase airflow, while an extra bathroom was needed to alleviate pressure on the existing one. A fresh paint job was essential to give the entire home a renewed look, and a larger laundry was also required to meet the needs of their expanding household.

The scope of works included extending the home to add a new bathroom, a new laundry, and a fourth bedroom. A second living area was created, and an outdoor timber deck entertaining area was constructed to enhance outdoor and indoor living. The entire house was re-cladded with new external façade materials, and the interior was repainted throughout to complete the renovation.
