The client desired the addition of a second dwelling to their investment property to enhance its earning potential. By creating an additional living space, they aimed to attract more tenants and increase rental income, thereby boosting the overall value and profitability of the property.
The scope of works included the design of a granny flat, complete with architectural and engineering plans. It also involved obtaining council approvals and coordinating with the certifier. The project culminated in the construction of a new two-bedroom, 60 square metre granny flat.
