The client sought to modernise a 70-year-old home by expanding its size and optimising the use of the land. They envisioned a high-end finish with travertine flooring throughout and desired a design that would wrap around a new inground pool. A key requirement was to have a separate master bedroom suite located upstairs, distinct from the rest of the home. Additionally, the client wanted a double lock-up garage to accommodate their needs.

The scope of works for the project included a substantial extension of the existing home with a new second storey addition, incorporating a master bedroom suite, ensuite, bathroom, powder room, laundry, and kitchen. Travertine flooring was to be installed throughout the property. The renovation also featured a new inground pool, landscaping, external rendering, and a double garage. Finally, both the internal and external areas of the home required complete painting to achieve the desired finish.
