The project involved a comprehensive redesign of the existing home’s floor plan, including the installation of two skylights, a new master bedroom with an ensuite, a new bathroom, laundry, kitchen, and a second living area. New flooring was to be installed throughout, with rendered external walls and painting completed both internally and externally. Additionally, a two-bedroom granny flat was designed and constructed at the front of the property.

The client aimed to update their investment property to maximise its earning potential by creating an additional living area.
