The client wanted to update their 60-year-old home, aiming to increase its size and maximise the use of the land. They desired a high-end finish with a Hampton-style design, featuring marble finishes in the kitchen, laundry, and bathroom. Additionally, they requested raked ceilings throughout the rear extension with a lining board finish, and they wanted the entire external cladding and roof covering replaced.

The scope of works included the extension of the existing home, incorporating raked ceilings in the kitchen and living area. The project also involved adding a new bathroom, two new bedrooms, a new laundry, and a new kitchen. Cypress pine flooring was to be installed throughout, and the existing external façade cladding was to be replaced. Additional tasks included new roof coverings, painting throughout, and the construction of a new timber deck.
