The clients contacted Wicks Building with the hope of extending their current home to accommodate a growing family and giving it a more modern and open plan feel.
The scope of works included extending the home by approximately 80 square metres and replacing the external fibre cement cladding with polystyrene cladding and a render finish. The existing roof framing was stripped and raised to 3000mm, with a new Colorbond roof installed. New flooring was laid throughout, and a new front awning and entry door were added. The project also involved renovating the second bathroom/laundry, installing a new kitchen, and repainting the entire home.
